It's from Stardoll Academy task and It's very easy
1. Log in and Go to The Vote page:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/the-vote.php
2. Vote on photos till you get the prize (starcoins or an item)
3. Go to your suite:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/user/
4. Take a photo and Enter it for The Vote
Done, picture should be in a Starplaza box in your suite
